What is Growth hormone (HGH)?


     Growth hormone is the master hormone that control many important processes in the body. Scientists refer to it as “Miracle hormone”. Those main processes in the body are Burning and make use of nutritions we have consumed in order to build and repair cells all over our body.

     Growth hormone or HGH (Human growth hormone) has many benefits to our body. Pituitary gland release a lot of growth hormone when we are young. But as we grow older (After about 25 year-old), the pituitary gland will decrease the amount of growth hormone produced significantly. That’s why our bodies are getting weaker as age passes. While we have less HGH, the process of getting old is working on our bodies. But if we want to stop or slow down the process of aging, we have to increase the amount of growth hormone produced in our body.

     How can we increase growth hormone in our body?

     First importantly is the way you are sleeping, growth hormone will be produced the most during our sleeping time. If you sleep soundly deeply and efficiently, body will be able to produce better HGH than the opposite behavior. In addition, Caffeine in coffee or other beverage will ruin the process of good sleeping. So you better avoid consuming caffeine intake a short while before sleeping.

     Secondly, Nutritional food effect the healthiness of your pituitary gland. Nowaday most of the food in the market are contaminated with chemicals and toxic with less nutritional value, especially with fast food. So many people nowadays choose supplementary as their support. Food that will help increase your HGH’s productivity are amino acids, such as; L-Glutamine, L-Arginine, L-Ornithine, L-Glysine, L-Lysine, Whey protein, etc.

     Thirdly, good exercising will increase your HGH. Enough exercise regularly that makes your heart beats fast and sweat a lot with at least half an hour will help you gain more growth hormone and make you younger.

     Fourthly, avoid stressing is another important factor. Stress will produce Lactic acid that reduces growth hormone’s productivity. You can easily see that people who have more stress tends to look older than their ages.

     Lastly is weight control. In people who are overweight, body won’t be able to produce growth hormone efficiently.

     Above are main factors that effect production of HGH. If you want to remain young and reverse your age better keep in mind on all these factors which will lead you to a better life.
